what i your adapter? make sure your card is on moniter mode and support packet injection. this can also occur due to weak signal(long distance from router). sometimes router WPS enabled but not configured may cause some trouble.

Wps is temp locked means in wash its shows its not locked.Reb0ot the router can fix the problem since its temp locked
Also some times distance between router and your attack is important keep it small distance and the signal quality must be good for the attack
