Contacted this user for an exchange from his thread, https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5870167 , Went first and sent him PP, than he stated that he withdrew the btc to my address however never provided a ScreenShot or Tx Id for me. Than when I asked for a ss or tx id, he opened the message and simply ignored. I have waited over 72 hours for him to respond and though he hasn't been on, he hasn't responded to my message so I think it's time to dispute it.

No deal disputes on him other than mine, he has done previous exchanges, and has been a member for a while. But now has returned has not responded to the thread and has ip's matching other members. I have already filed a dispute on paypal as well considering it has been over 8 days. Even if I am out $55 that's not shit.
