You could google everything you're asking and put some effort into that, rather than begging everyone to give you things that don't exist.
We also need context if you want to get anywhere with crypting.

Check in the Cryptography, Encryption, and Decryption section. People occasionally post free crypter projects there, and with a bit of searching you should be able to find resources on how to make your own crypter.
Coding a crypter is complex and not something I'd recommend unless you're good at coding. Just sayin.
