User said he'd sell me 100 Hotmail accounts, all PVA, no issues, for 30$ BTC.
I purchased the 100 accounts and started logging into them from not only my locale IP, but his general area as well, just to avoid potential account suspensions.
I always expect the worst when it comes to something as specific as purchased e-mail accounts, but I expect resolution in the event they don't work.
Every account has gotten either a temp suspension, OR is asking for the phone number attached for verification, and he will not reply to assist me in any way.
