Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask. Quick question: I have a competitor who is telling users to rate my thread 1 star in order to purchase from him. He had three users buy from his service yesterday and they also "happened" to rate my thread 1 star a few minutes after vouching on his thread. So, is it allowed for someone to purposely be telling user that buy from him to rate my thread 1 star? If it is not allowed, how do I report the abuse? If it is allowed, well RIP haha.

As far as I know, this is allowed. Yes, it's childish but it does not violate any HF policy.
