My paypal account was limited around 4 years ago for selling books in relation to making money using eBay - which was against their terms of service. I called them a few times at the time, as well as recently asking if I can get my account unlimited.
Has anyone had any success with unlimiting a permanently limited paypal? What happened and what were the steps you took?
Most people just make a new paypal account with a new bank attached. My friend has a limited paypal and this worked.

I used all of my real information on that account (excluding DoB year because at the time i was underage) - wouldn't they just limit my new account as it's going to be the same name and address?

Paypal has changed ownerships in the last 4-5 years I believe. Give it a try. Use a new email and everything else. I am not saying 100% it will work, but I would try it if i were you. It worked for him my friend. Hes got like 2 closed paypal accounts and a good one. If they won't unlimit it you got nothing to lose.

I've been perm limited forever, All my real information, SSN, Business ID. No hope of making a new account, I've tried new bank acc everything. It got limited within a few days if not instantly. Best thing to do is to use a friend or family name or use a different processor.

Even if you got a sibling or a parent you could use. But that sucks they got your SSN and business id and everything.
MANY have made new paypal accounts though by making a new bank and email and account.

Same happened with me - new bank and CC worked fine.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Use new everything, and what I mean is, make a completely new stealth paypal, wait for some time to go by. If that doesn't get limited, create a new legitimate one like you want to, with your name and shit.
Just use new bank, email and stuff you can reuse from the old one, and swap your funds from your stealth to your main.
