Until an Admin says otherwise I would assume it's the same as Ub3r so after a year. With the exception of the lotteries the features of both groups are the same so it would make sense that this one is the same also

Consider r00t where uber is specified so temporarily uber==r00t but

I wonder why OP is behind r00t every time
this is second time Op is asking about features of r00t
But his user group R3Kt is also not mentioned anywhere and he should be worried about that

Why should he be worried about R3kt. He's probably smart enough to know that R3kt is an add on not a primary upgrade. It's not on the list for the same reason epic isn't.

Several help documents (as well as sectional rules) still need to be updated to include r00t, but it's not a high priority right now.

So in short, it's coming but be patient.
