I was about to upgrade my account to 3PIC, my question is. If i decide to upgrade once again from 3pic to L33T in the future do i then have to pay 25$ more or does it get reduced to 10$?

You will need to pay the full amount. If you have to choose between the two, I'd recommend L33T. It has more options and features. 3P1C is more of an add-on upgrade.

I would recommend you just go for the 133t upgrade, as Vitani stated, 3P1C is only an add-on with extra perks.
