Regarding Free android family monitoring:
what is the best free software to install on an android smartphone to monitor it ,e.g. send info about whatsapp, facebook, searching, youtube, twitter, etc to an email.

I get where you are coming from when it comes to monitoring stuff like that unfortunately most of the companies selling such software tend to be lacking in their own security, and have suffered major breaches exposing millions of peoples data.

I believe nearly every phone spying app maker with a large customer base has suffered such issues. Now legal issues of using such tools also bring up another issue, which you would want to consult your personal attorney for as it is illegal to monitor a device which is not yours and may be illegal to "wiretap" (recording phone calls). For example your kids have smartphones they are under your plan which you pay for, technically you own that device.
