Stopped replying after I told him the btc was already sent :(
also if you check his rep it looks botted

Where is the link to the contract? Without that the dispute is invalid

Seems like he's taking advantage of people who don't know how to use contracts in order to avoid disputes validation.

Sorry for your loss but you should use contract system.
At least you were smart enough to deal onsite. A review of PMs shows the proof for a scam.
He's closed now. Next time things will be easier to review if you use Contracts.
