I remember the how it's called "Exploit"? back then with Hotmail.com where you could reset almost ANY account with tamper data tool.
I was wondering, how so many people knew about this and how am i able to purchase these kind of "exploits" IF they actually exist.

Like legit real, don't care about the money they will be worth.
Is there any legit underground website which can provide legitimate exploits?

Must it be an "underground" site what about above ground penthouse with a view? Exploits now a days are worth big money it's normal to see 1500-5000 dollars for an exploit, and companies as well as governments pay for it. So while the underground market is there and certain government bodies as well as companies do this too you will still find that most people will go for the money and there are still scammers there.

I would suggest you create a company do all the paper work be legit then go ahead and get like Core Impact and purchase some good exploits. This way you can have more up to date exploits and have a rather automated ( to me automated means something other than netcat) solution.
