I have always had irregular bleeding, thought it was normal- I used to play ice hockey. But lately I have been trying to go running every day (I get lazy during the week and only go on the weekends). Everytime I go for a run I bleed. I don't know what's up. Healthcare system here is weird, I have to go to doctor that I have already seen in order to get a referral to see a gyno. So I'm going to see my doc next week, but then it'll probably be a few weeks until I see the gyno. Any suggestions on whats up?

Joking obviously, i doubt someone could suggest or help you out here but go check the gyno you mentioned as soon as possible, might not be something to worry about, everything will be good.

I'm not in the UAE anymore (although they're healthcare is acc really good) but thanks for doing your research, obvs you haven't done enough- I've posted about being in Lebanon. I mean, if you have health insurance anywhere they would treat you, if it's covered.
