Build me a monster PC on PCPartPicker.

My rules:
It must be a desktop made for gaming and other misc tasks, no price limit go nuts.
It must be somewhat power efficent (I can't afford a $9k electric bill).

What is the point of this?

Really there isn’t one that I can think of.....

If you want a high end build, that’s fine but when you say “no limit” it really just opens up the thread for the trolls.

Set a realistic budget, does that include peripherals?
Any requirements like resolution, monitor size?
Like you can’t just say make me a build with no limits...... you will get $50,000 builds.
