Looked into our system and you had two orders, one paid and one not paid.

Our security system is very strict and because you had your first order Pending and not paid for over 12 hours before you dod the second order your account was flagged as bogus order.
We get alot of bogus orders from people just doing orders and not paying....

I will take care of it today and open your VPS.
