A little backstory about this user and my experience, I contacted him while he was selling servers on iCloude (Original Account was banned for scamming but stayed in contact with me off-site)

I originally purchased a server that was $70 and had to jump through hoops to receive. I had waited a total of 10 days and was blocked at one point when I called him out on it. I originally was unblocked when I mentioned his name in a server one of his friends are in.

I was delivered a server with the IP: 185.8.49.178 (Aruba, his excuse was it was an IP transit and it wasn't really an Aruba server, the average bullshit you here from a server provider.)

So I didn't really care as long as I could use it for scanning but lord and behold I begin to scan in attempting to use the entire GB port with multiple commands and it said it would take 8-9 hours. Anyone who knows what they are doing knows damn well it should take less than 10-15 minutes to scan the world with zmap on a 1 GB port. The actually port speed when scanning is about 50mbps (pure shit)

The user then begins to say how I broke his ToS because I wasn't port scanning my own network but encouraged me to purchase 3-4 server to make a 50-60k net.
