Several hours ago, he told me would give me 60% value of my Amazon.CA gift card. He has redeemed the code and not yet paid.

Before anyone says, "oh, it's only been a few hours, wait a bit" I've been dealing with very professional users on this forum who only redeem gift card codes once they are ready to send payment. I also asked him, when he would be free as I wanted it to be quick and smooth. He said he was free and then I sent gift card, but I am still waiting for my bitcoin. He's also dodging on discord.

In hindsight, I should have probably just avoided dealing with someone that has the discord 'dacripniggablood' but I guess we all make mistakes. All I wanted was a quick and smooth currency exchange like I get with other members. What kind of person even redeems a gift card that they are not ready to pay for? Sigh. Rant over.

User is refusing to pay me, until I close this deal dispute thread.

But the rules say to only close thread once dispute has been resolved which it has not yet.

Can anyone advise me on what to do?
