Is Hackforums admins encouraging scams?

I have been seeing an advert approved by hackforums admins called hack-tools. net for the past 2 months, and got interested due to the constant advertisement. Finally, I purchased the Exploit advertise by hack-tools.net at the rate of 300 Euro just because I thought they were legit. Below is order ID below:

Did you know that these guys ignored me totally like I was nothing? I was sent files that do not work. Files that looks absolutely nothing like Silent PDF Exploit, and I have sent them tons of emails, yet got ignored!

The owners of hackforums. net, I've been using this site for long, and I can vouch that all the software I bought through the advertisements I saw here worked perfectly, but this one never worked! Please, I need help to recover my money, or they should deliver what I paid for. I'm tired of sending emails every day and gets ignored by these fraudsters. Even if I won't recover my money, please everyone should read this and know about these scammers. I attached screenshots of the emails I sent to them and got no reply below.

If it was a sticky thread then you must know that HF doesn't endorse any product so you buy it at your own risk by doing your own research. HF just gives them a platform to advertise for which they pay a sum of money.

It wasn't a sticky thread. It was pure advert linking to their site on HF. If it was a thread, I will never complain, but for it to be an advert, I trusted it because I believe HF admins won't publish such advert if it was a scam. But I still haven't recovered from the shock I got because it made me believe that HF is making us not to trust their judgements anymore.
Anyone can purchase Ad's on the sight. Its pretty daym cheap. Its down to you to know you are buying stuff online, nothing is guaranteed. And according to HF tos all deals are donea t users risk.
Where did you see an advertisement here? I have never seen an ad.. Just threads (stickied or otherwise) and signatures.

Ok, that makes sense. I upgraded right after I joined so I didn't notice I guess.

Yes, you are right, they are thief and scammers, They never deliver your product, It's very sad that they do advertising here.
I bought the product and they never delivered, I have all the documents
You need to pay attion and do research. If you both have/do well. Your change of getting scammed is quite small then.
Dude you have Been Scammed, easy. live with it man.
next time pay attention and ask before buy.
We recommend you take the time to read the HF Help Documents section. The answer to your questions should be contained in there.

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.

Peace out!
I'm wondering why all these complaints are from new members only.

I messaged the advertiser about these concerns and accusations and he says it's his competitors.

We don't vouch for sellers, services, or products. If however there is something malicious being advertised here I'm happy to close the account and not just remove the advertising.

But when I'm accused of "encouraging scams", you better be able to back that claim up.

EDIT: After reviewing everything I have decided to remove his ad and close his account.
