1- how do i make everything autopilot so i can only come and check up every week or every 2 to 3 days i saw a pdf before that said you need to have a virtual assistants guy / or girl to help you am okay with that but what they will do they will go into my aliexpress account and pay with my own visa card and if they see my visa card then am what they steal it ?
2- is there is any theme for shopify available here that you have personally used and if i made my shop with shopify will it look nice in tablets or do i need to edit this ?
3- if something goes wrong and the item that i have ordered didn't come in time i know that i can talk to the supplier but i don't want my customers to be angry .
4- last thing facebook ads how many days should i test it and what budget should i put to see if someone is interested in my niche
thanks to anyone who would help me :)
1) no
2) Shopify you need to work a bit ofcource ( you think dropshipping is easy ?)
3) international courier can be delayed (ofcource)
4) You know how facebook ads work right ?
most probably you are a underage kid, who get motivated with youtube video of someone bragging about their dropshipping earning ,
drop shipping isnt easy as you think , its not even easy , you have to prepare yourself
My Tip :- I suggest you to research more about the business before taking any further step

1- Dont do this, you need to be manually running your store. Once you have good earning by all means scale and automate but if its your first store do everything manually you will learn so much more. 99.9% of DS ebooks are garbage.
2- Free themes are fine - Brooklyn is a decent theme but all the free themes are way over used and dont convert as well as they were a few years ago, so i would say get a premium theme (remember google is your friend)
3- . Run some trials and see how long shipping takes or contact the sellers direct.
4- $5 a day max to start and monitor and track all of your data and find what works well - FB ads are brutal and you will find its much harder to run successful campaigns than any ebook or video states, trust me no one (and i mean no one) will give you a solid logic for FB ads. You need to work it out yourself and it takes, time, money and patience. When i first started droppshipping I didn't see any decent ROI for 3 months.
My advice would be if this is your first IM adventure and you think its going to be minimal time and effort and high profits with low cost and no risk, think again. Drop shipping requires time and money and a lot of both to be successful. Unfortunately long gone are the golden days of 2013-2014 when you could have a store up in minutes with a free theme and domain and start banking within hours. Theres far too many people with stores these days and just about every product on aliexpress is on numerous stores. It require a lot of dedication and knowledge to see success.
Personally I think DS is dying out - but wish you the best of luck all the same :)

thank you i mean really thanks for this great answers am learning and reading a lot about dropshiping this days reading ebooks watching tutorials but yeah i will do everything you said and i will experience everything and see if it works with me thanks again man :)
Doubtful you will be going anywhere, just be ready to set up an LLC, pay taxes, read emails constantly, reply to emails constantly, constantly do product research, constantly do Facebook advertising. You also NEED the money up front, so if you did 1200 in sales, if you don't have that $1200 on a credit card then you're screwed because no one will ever get their product and shopify will not pay you. Be prepared for refunds, be prepared for people trying to sue you, it's a bigger job then you think kid. Not some get quick reach scheme and by the way your attitude came off in the thread, you are too immature to handle this business. As Mr.Wonderful(Kevin O' Leary) says, "And for that reason, I'm out."

I disagree that dropshipping is dead and I'll do my best to answer some of your questions.
1) This is a question that you shouldn't be thinking about right now, be prepared to have constant focus on your store, however, when you begin to get experienced and see sales, you can hire a V.A (Virtual Assistant) and teach them how to find products, edit videos, then advertise using facebook. A person I know has multiple V.A's which do this and then check when their completed it in a excel file. Yet, you don't need to understand this process, autopilot really doesn't exist and some effort must be maintained towards your stores.
2) The best theme is Brooklyn by far, however, be careful as these free websites slow the loading time which means when possible get a program such as shoptimized, which is $100 but will save you money in the long run as it comes with multiple apps that you'd have to pay monthly for if you didn't have it. Websites is important, yet I have seen people benefit off the worst websites I have seen, yet the product was extremely attractive to a certain audience.
3) At times the product may come late, especially around this time (Q4), however there are some methods I can give you that may decrease chargebacks. Firstly, the product description should always state how the item is in "high demand" and that shipping time has increased to "3-4 weeks". This allows the customer to feel as not only is the product being ordered, but also been given an understanding of why their product may come late. Secondly, I would strongly suggest getting products with 'e-packet shipping' only, as tracking numbers are available and lower shipping times, especially free shipping with most items. BE AWARE THAT SOME SUPPLIERS SEND FAKE NUMBERS, ALWAYS LEARN HOW TO SPOT SCAMS. Finally, always have the safe checkout image, learn how to write proper product descriptions and always make sure that your customer support is one of your main priorities. When the sales increase, you can always hire a V.A for $8 an hour to respond to customer support.
4) This is where I see a big problem, this is such a general question, there is no way I can explain facebook ads and how they work, as they can be difficult to understand. I highly recommend doing the most important thing anyone can do, self-invest, which by that I mean, buying a course, I avoid the $1000 courses, I would strongly recommend a cheaper course, in which you can do so by looking at shopify gurus on youtube and seeing who you are interested in, but be careful with fake gurus. The reason it's also important to be enrolled in a course, is that facebook advertising always changes, so far my facebook advertising methods have changed a total of three times through the whole year. From the questions you've asked, I think you aren't so ready to jump into it right now, educate yourself, its worth more than anything.

thanks man you showed me half of the road. but i know facebook ads are super difficult to make it work correctly but how could i learn that beside courses just invest 5 to 10 dollars per ad and try again and again.

I would recommend watching youtube tutorials, try to find one of the most recent facebook advertising methods on youtube, however, when possible, be sure to self-invest immediately, it will be beneficial and save you money in the long-run.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Never tried dropshipping myself. but I would definitely do it manually for your first tries if you are not high on money.
On blackhatworld there was a discussion about DropShipping and it took about 2k for the person to work fb ads well.
