the easiest way is social engineering. other than that the only way I can think of is breaking into Facebook servers. those might not be your only options, but they're the ones I've got.

Well there are some way, you can use a logging service liek this https://iplogger . org/ put there a link and then short it and use the logs to see who visited you and you will see his ip.

If your experienced enough i would personally use seeker to achieve this. Also would suggest using a simple ip logging service too.
