I'm posting this dispute because after setting up a contract together, I sent my $60 PayPal and user become unresponsive.
I pmed him that funds were sent, immediately after sending. He logged in, read a random PM (or maybe disabled read notification) then went offline.

This is suspicious and unprofessional (going offline during an exchange). Hence I'm posting this, in case other users sent him funds without creating a contract and are in my same situation.

This dispute will be closed as soon as I will get $54 BTC deposited in the address I left inside the contract.

I agree, but you don't go offline when you're waiting funds from an user and there's an unread PM in your inbox from that user.

This dispute can be considered precautional until 24h are passed.

It wasn't about waiting, I've been pissed off by seeing that you came online to read a PM and then logged off.

Glad to close this, next time you're doing an exchange you should warn the other side that you're logging off for hours
