So I've been hovering over this hobby for quite some time, occasionally joining some games with borrowing my friends M9 Beretta.

Finally I've ordered myself some proper gear and first guns.

Thought I'd share to see if anyone else is involved in airsoft, and brag a bit about these beauties.

It's a dummy knife, and in certain types of game play you're allowed to throw it or 'use-it' as a close-quarter combat.

$500 on the guns themselves, $100 on battery/charger/maintenance equipment.

Then I spent $200 on the accessories just because I wanted that style, but you could easily get by without them.

are the games similar to paint ball rules? Didn't know this was a thing. Used to shoot my friends with an airsoft pistol I got from walmart back in the day to piss them off

Very, you get hit your out. I don't particular like paintball because it's not accurate and you can win based on luck.

It's a ICS G33 Airsoft AEG Rifle. You should definitely try it out, even just with your friends.

We started out a group of 5 all having some shitty hand guns and a nice abandoned complex site, it's very time-consuming as camping because somewhat tactical and it's all about accuracy and communication. I honestly think it's becoming a well known sport to as it's very adrenaline pumped and fun.

I have a gas blowback G36C. Not sure on the brand as I bought it a good 5 years ago. 1:1 replica, fully black.

I got a foregrip & a red dot attachment for it. Fully black ofcourse.

I haven't played proper airsoft in years so I don't even have a functioning pistol anymore. My favourite was the m1991.

This can be played quite anywhere, especially same areas as paintball.

Gas blowback G36C is an interesting one, they don't really supply gas powered assault rifles anymore unless it's some sniper or pistol.
