My review of ViewerLabs

I have been looking all over the marketplace for a stable Twitch Bot and I can honestly say I have found the one, The pricing is very reasonable and worth the price for the quality of the bot itself.
Comes with great support there is a Live chat feature on the website so if you do have any problems there is the option for quick easy support, The bot itself is very stable and I really like the feature of the chatbot and follower bot its great at making your stream look legit, It's quick at connection and quick at disconnecting when you need it to.

The website has a very clean gui and it's so easy to start using, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to boost their stream and look legit, I will definitely be recommending this to my fellow streaming buddies, hope this helps many thanks.

Website Overview
Modern design website with great stability. Never seen it go down or act slow before.
Your dashboard is clean and efficient for managing your packages and account details.

Support
The live support is extremely good, I have never seen them go offline (and I've tested it). However sometimes their response it: "I'll send ticket to admin." but still their admin is pretty fast.

View Bot / Panel
When managing your plans all the important info can be located at the top such as channels/plan capability/autostarts. There are 3 separate panels for Viewbot, chatbot and follow-bot and each with their own settings. Their viewbot is one of the most stable out there that I've experienced. (I think it stayed at 112 viewers with no drop for over 15 mins lol). The chatbot is pretty good although they only supply 2 chat lists and the chat accounts are all made on same day sometimes. Other than that they don't allow you to use custom OAuth accounts and for the Follow-bot, you can't really set it up so that its automatic, you'd have to start it per stream unless u want slow ass followers.

Overall rating: A-, Would recommend for anyone looking for beginner friendly software with great support.

They just stole what was posted there and obfuscated the "passwords".

Our passwords are not stored in plain text. We use a Framework which comes with password hashing from the get-go, using up-to-date methods of password hashing and salting.

What you're seeing is someone that got fired trying to get back at us. They used order ID's that they'd collected from support chats and then posted about them. Then, he used that Reddit post to make it look like we've been "hacked".

For a start, a lot of the passwords in that list don't even meet our "minimum character length" for passwords.

That original list of "hacked users" has 60,000+ usernames and password and was posted after our site was running for 1 month. I wish we got 60,000 users in 1 month.

I replied before your edit for the "just one of the leaks". But yeah, confirms my point.

Oh, also, from the original "removedreddit" post, I just wanna point out he lists the table names:

Tables: _users, _client, _robots, _tokens, _verified

Firstly, what the fuck would "_verified" be, considering we don't actually ask for email verification or any verification and secondly, if your database tables start with an underscore you deserve to have your shit leaked.

And why didn't they log all of the usernames, email isn't even required to sign up.

Fun fact, 30% of our users have used an email when signing up. The rest are usernames.

So, this "leak", posted a month after we went live, means we have 200,000 users in 1 month.
