Most all public botnet sources are not fud and have a detection against them. Even ones that are private will still need a crypt. Also no one will give you a spot on a botnet unless you pay.

-FUD botnet source cost a few thousands dollars and you will still need a crypter
-Nobody will rent a spot on a botnet if they don't know (and it will cost a fair price)

It's better to look how to do it yourself but even for a start you will need a few hundred bucks

2- Get hosting or a vps / bulletproof
3- Bulletproof domain
4- Build your Botnet
5- Build your bin (exe)

6- Buy a crypter
7- Crypt your bin

You can also get a "loader" instead of spreading your virus u spread the loader containing a link to your virus.

Keep in mind all this cost $ the better the more $ u spend.
