I did not make an official contract because I'm just now getting back into HF after being gone for a year or more. I understand that this does not qualify as a deal dispute, and yes I was stupid enough to send $35 in btc without checking UID - that's my loss though, BUT this guy has several scam reports out and is still scamming people. I have no idea how he isn't banned yet to be quite honest.

I told him I wanted to buy the Red Dead 2 Code for Xbox that he was selling, he agreed to $35 and sent his btc address. I impulsively sent him the $35, and I've just been getting bullshit excuses since.

AGAIN, I realize that this is somewhat my fault for not being cautious, but $35 isn't much of a loss to me. More importantly, we need to get this guy off the platform so he's not allowed to this to anymore users. Search his UID and see the numerous amounts of reports. He deserves some sort of consequence, otherwise the same shit will keep happening.
