This guy seemed legit. Exchanged his UK AGC for my BTC a load of times and my account wasnt affected. You bought them right before me, sorry for your loss man. Hopefully he refunds you, doubt it though since he is trying to win the dispute as you said.

My account is okay, waiting on amazon to explain the situation.
