Well kind of your fault. Did you ask him how he obtained it. He is not entitled to refund unless you stated in contract which you didnt and nobody sells new game acc for that low so it shouldve been a hint for you to avoid the purchase.

What are you talking about? He is the buyer in this case lol and acc stopped working, if seller said acc is hacked and not personal which you can figure out by that low price and if he didnt state that he offers warranty he is not entitled to refund.

Game just got released. G2a sells for 60€ for standard edition. How do you think he got it? He probably bought there charged back seller and activated on random acc and sold to you. AGC isnt even accepted on bnet so I dont know how is that relevant to the case.
