I am looking for an Ethical Hacker " Who could access a E-mail and grab all mails form it + Also, there is a Facebook group that I would like you to gain their login.

I have the email address of the person but not their password?

What would the price be?

Well OP best advice is to know who you are dealing with check out the Deal Disputes

Never pay upfront and have a contract, middle man isn't a bad idea there are people on the forum who provide this.

Your request is not ethical at all, but to help you i would look into how to get into a target machine and then use a reverse proxy and cookies to get into the accounts.

I think I see his logic here. he said he needed an ethical hacker. however he didn't say that his request was ethical. so he needs an ethical hacker to do an unethical job, which would make the hacker unethical after the job is over.

I think in all truth that "ethical hacker" to OP may denote some kind of professionalism, but also more than likely OP will get taken for a ride.
