[PAYPAL] Charging back when sent as friends and family?

Bought something online and sent it as friends and family (Big mistake) and haven't received what I paid for. Is there any way I can create a claim or chargeback since the payment was sent as friends and family?
Sorry, we are not talking to federals, try somewhere else

I think you're mistaken. I bought something off of a seller on ebay and I had sent the money to him as friends and family on accident and cannot refund because he hasn't given me what I paid for.

Thanks for the wrong section tho. Hopefully staff can move it :)

Stop shitpost

and OP its your mistake. F&F is a really bad way to conduct commercial transactions.
You violated PP ToS by sending as F&F for a product. Paypal won't care and you should have known the second he asked for a F&F payment for an Ebay item you were about to get scammed.

You were scammed. The money is gone. Wise up.
you can try and contacting your bank if you paid via credit or debit card and explain the situation. Otherwise you're screwed.
