UPDATE: I won the dispute.
I am officially done with PayPal never accepting it, this b!tch charged back a family and friends trasaction. Just warning you guys. I wish we used a HF contract so i could get him banned.. but he initiated tbe deal so.

After 2 hours of fkn me around this punk made a new PP account and sent as family and friends. He still has the gamebattle account because he changed all the info for it, i even provided him warranty if it gets recovered.

Any tips on me fighting this battle? PayPal is currently reviewing this and my acc is -$100 now because i usuallt withdraw the funds and don’t keep anything in my PP.
Confirming he changed info and he’s logged in.

He chargebacked as " Unauthorized " , and send as family and friend ,this transaction is not eligible for paypal protection... The buyer will win the dispute...
Next time send an Invoice with a Term of Use ( No refund...) after that, send something to his address ( A paper...) in this way you will get a Tracking number
Thank to this tracking number you will win a lot of paypal dispute !
All you can do now is to try to contact paypal to get his account locked, at least he will not be able to scam anyone...
Also if his Paypal is verified, you have his real information... ( If its not a stealth account) you can contact him and tell him to close the dispute...
You can also try to Recall the account if you are the original owner, or get the account banned at least

It doesnt matter if its an online account ,just send a paper or something like that, paypal just want a tracking number ( for legal purposes)
For example, I sold a youtube account to a guy ( not on HF) , I sent him an invoice to his mail ( with paypal invoicing service) and he paid it, I transfered the account to his gmail account and sent a blank paper to his physical address
2 month later he chargebacked the payment as " non delivered" , I provide to Paypal the tracking number ,they checked it and saw " Delivered" , some days after I won the dispute

I won the dispute btw because PayPal probably figured that it wasn’t an unauthorised transaction

He probably use his own IP to claim the dispute as unauthorized, glad you you won the dispute
You can still contact paypal to tell them he's a scammer ( with proof) he will get his account locked for 180 days
