Sry I am just a noob and dont know anything (yet) about PHP, HTML, Javascript. I am an IT Engeneer and read over years how it should work.
Read some Code. I could understand who some Basic HTML work even how a scrip should work. But in reality its different...
So my Simple problem is... my Country offer "open Data" with usefull and Junk Data (a List with all Tress in the City with Geo Kooridates 🤫 ).
In my Case I will use the Weather Data in "real Time". TheThe Data come in different Formats depend which Source of "open Data" I choose.
There the "national wide" Version: (to get access to the File klick on: "entdecke" -> "zur Resource"
The City of Vienna use some weird format who I dont know how to access.
So I will combined all this information in "real Time". That mean refresh the infos every 15 min and start every 15 Min over with the process.
How should the end result look like?
Make all Data equal to each other. That mean show the Temp like: -3,20C (for Winter). If there is a "." the must replaced with a "," and if the show just the value without an decimal think the must be add like",00" after.
One of the problem is the must run on my Hoster Account. I have absolute now clue how to do. Can PHP do it?!
