Well today I tried to login to my main and it got banned permanently.
My account status says:

Account banned for macroing in OldSchool. Our macro detection system has been monitoring your account closely and has detected that you are using illegal 3rd party software which violates the rules of the game and breaches your terms of service with Jagex. The only thing I did is using random auto clicker to do some alchs for like 1-2 hours 2 weeks ago, nothing special. I wasn't even member anymore and haven't played on the account on the 5th of december which is the offense date. I can safely say I haven't done anything illegal for like a week, only thing I did were some afk alchs. That shouldn't be worth a major ban right?

I wanne know if the offense date = the date I broke the rules, because I have not logged in on that specific date.
I also wanna know if using a random mouse clicker that is not used for a long time should give you a perm ban.

Macroing and botting are really punishable.
You've used a bot, otherwise you would have gained a 2 day ban for using AHK macro's.
Autoclicking alch is a way of making profit and thus leads to goldfarming, you could understand that.

I know it's punisable and I knew the risk before doing it, I'm not mad. It's just this point that has me very confused:
"You've used a bot", I NEVER used a bot or botclient to train my stats, just a random mouse clicker for alching. Is this also considered as botting/goldfarming/major macro?

Don't get me wrong, i fully understand my ban if that is the case. However, I've a feeling that I've been hacked and used as bot or something. I haven't been online on that day neither have I EVER used a botclient or script.

Yes I've received a 2-day macro ban for making wines with a mouse recorder.
They told me if I was doing the same thing but instead making profit, like cooking sharks I would have been banned permanently aswel.
You could stock a lot of rune items while you can alch them for profit.
This is considered a more severe case because you make profit instead of losing profit.
If you remove gold from the game you get punished as someone who likes to train his skills without doing anything.

For all else I might just have been lucky, but I've botted before as a goldfarmer and I got majored instandly after reaching 97 fishing.

I also wasn't using the mouse script before I got banned, I remember closing the clicking client and going to bed and then to school.
When I got home the ban was issued at 11:30 AM while I didn't use it for the last 13 hours at that time.

Auto-clicking can do it for you. That is one of the most easiest ways to receive a ban. Sadly permanent bans are very often reversed. You can email Jagex but I would not get your hopes up.

So there is a chance I got instantly perm banned with a major macro just for autoclicking my alchs for not a long time? Again I'm not mad, just trying to learn from mistakes and clear things up.

I was aware of that, but not about the fact that they find it a "major macro".


Also guys I'm wondering something: I read that your other accs also could get banned for macroing, all my other accs are working fine. Will they be banned in the future as well? Also autoclicked on those.

I think you're fine if you're not caught soon. I got a few accounts permd for botting years ago, while most of them still remain.

Cool thanks for the heads up. I was thinking that I shouldn't play anymore because of the delayed bans I might be banned in a week or so and all the effort is for nothing.

Nah it's definitely worth a perm ban. Play the game fairly and your account should be fine :)

There's other legal alternatively like splashing, stringing jewelry, burst/barrage, stun alching, etc.

Im just saying playing rs requires you to do boring repetitive shit that's the reason people use tools like autoclicker.
