Hi guys,

I hope i did not posted in a wrong section. I have created a media converter & downloader website for social websites. I want to advertise and promot the website , but i do not know what is a best way to advertise it or where to do this.

I can spend around 500$ - 600$ for this, but i need some advice if possible , like should i do SEO or promot it on social media like facebook.

Thanks
