PayPal Permanent Limitation

So my mums paypal was limited permanently and I think it's because I had my own PayPal accounts and I'm under 18. My mums account was fully verified and when she rang PayPal they keep sending the default limitation message, can anyone help me get her paypal account unlimited? thanks
If you were using the same IP, then there was an established link between those accounts and your mother's.

You can call them and explain the situation, if they refuse to accept this, state how IP linkage between accounts is not arbitrary for dynamic IPs.
State that by limiting your mother's account, they are punishing someone for something they never did and you are willing to accept liability.

The main thing is to not get upset or emotional whilst speaking with them, do not get passive-aggressive unless they do first and only respond in kind.

Simply state that you wish to speak to their superior, if the supervisor acts the same, proceed to the next superior and so forth until you get the expected result (don't be afraid to state that you want to speak to the General/regional Manager if the Manager doesn't help)

You may have to explain your situation multiple times but don't give up.

It is likely now that your mother's name is blacklisted as well as any names you've used for previous accounts, so any variations of this on the same IP maybe detected.

This has nothing to do with paypal at all. They Don't care about IPs unless the accounts been reported as fraud. i am a professional in paypal. Paypals system of triggered alerts is 100% random. also 100% bullshit. Paypal flags random things and random accounts. You cant get blacklisted from paypal. I have had 3 accounts and been closed out 1 time. Paypal is easy to handle and bypass the limitations. just dont do btc transactions and you have nothing to worry about.

Blacklist in this sense refers to associated accounts.

I've been dealing with PayPal for a long time.

"They Don't care about IPs unless the accounts been reported as fraud. "
If he used an incorrect name or date of birth, that's fraud.
Happened to my account and since then I'm crypto fan.
Teach your mum to use crypto.

"Blacklist in this sense refers to associated accounts."

I didn't mean actually blacklisted, if you want to be technical, it gets flagged.

OP said he was underage, if OP filled out multiple accounts on the same IP with different (but similar) names or date of births of whatever the reason. It will get flagged because that is fraud.

I've been dealing with PayPal for over a decade, they have limited multiple accounts of mine as I was scamming eBay for years.

It is most likely flagged OP, queen seems to disagree and queen is entitled to that.
I'm not here to agree or disagree, simply state the facts that I know from first hand experience.

Good luck OP, I hope it all works out for you and your mother.

Ihave made 500 pp 100% verified business accounts on the same IP and none are banned or reported. I in fact sell paypals verified. I have been in this game along time lil niggy.
Holy shit. If you have used the same IP & Cookies it would be impossible to get it unsuspended.

And PayPal permits this, I've spoken to them about this before.
Business/premiere accounts and personal accounts have different conditions.
Was the account verified with an ID?

That is not true, paypal does link accounts based on IP, paypal does flag accounts, bank numbers, bank names and even IPs and if you realy would have 500 accounts on the same IP they would have been closed by now that's fact, you are an idiot.
I still to this day dont know why mine got suspended lol I used it for 8 years before it did without problems.
