This person is refusing me to refund my money.
It was along ago, I tried to exchange 150$ bitcoins for 165$ Payoneer.
I did the transfer, the scammer sent me the Payoneer transfer.
Some days ago his transfer was canceled by Payoneer customer support, I called them and they told that they refunded the money to the senders account.
Then I was banned for some time for not reading the rules, now ban time expired and I am here and of course read all rules of the forum.
I was asking this scammer to refund me my 150$ in bitcoins and he started his tale that he sent money and etc.
I have all proofs and screenshots.

This guy and everyone can easily call the Payoneer customer support and check that the transfer was refunded to senders account.

How I supposed to cancel a Payoneer transaction tell me? there is no such an option in Payoneer!
You founds might be confiscated by payoneer because shady activity/ or you fake it
but i've never received any refunds from them .

His argument was that Payoneer cancelled the transfer after a pending review (as shown on his Payoneer dashboard). Not that you cancelled it. Did Payoneer not revert the funds back to your account like OP claims?

I called them and they told me that you received the transfer, I showed screenshot where you see that the transfer was canceled and didn't pass the review.
And I don't want to talk with you, I will wait for Admins decision or pay back my bitcoins.

I didn't receive any money back from Payoneer. I try to go back an look on it and it's not even possible since it so old.

But, what payoneer do exactly? For most reason chargeback, the money should be return to senders no matter what.

Payoneer didn't send me any money.
thro my stay here I have exchanged with dozens of users before and after him. none of them had any problem.

look how many successful exchanges I made since then! 4 months ago.
I'm of the most important assets to this forum. prior to the reps move and after it I made over hundreds of exchanges without any problem.
I'm still waiting for mods to remove this thread/his rep from my profile. I don't care about the final decision just solve it asap please
