Discord does not use P2P or leak user IPs in any way (that I know of), nor does port 443 have anything to do with IP grabbing, so this question is nonsense.

Discord uses p2s s2p therefore making it really hard for this to seem logical.

The server is pretty much filtering out all the shit and just sending messages to the other clients, and the clients are just receiving not sending so no it is not possible.

it is possble to grab IP's via discord (2 methods I know of, 1 of which im trying to sell and the other which I'm keeping private) but it is not possible via the way you just mentioned.
