Terms and condition of using :

When you purchase this software, build, and use its outputs, you must agree with this policy.
I-Sharing:
a- Build for anyone else than you with the will to sell it or not, breaks the very first rule.
b - The output sharing must be done very carefully against any file distribution. So the upload of any Static Crypt's outputs is on forbidden on services such: Google Drive, Virustotal, Jotti, Mediafire, etc.
c - You're not allowed to share this product with someone. All the licenses are for a personal use.

II-Purchase and refund:
a - All sales are final, a refund is usually not available after purchasing. It is possible only in the case your software isn't compatible with Static Crypt and not aware of it.
b - The payment platform's policy doesn't apply to Static Crypt. If you encounter any payment problem or anything else which doesn't have anything to do with Static Crypt, you'll must to deal with them.
c - Partial payments can be completed, you must contact the support to solve this issue.
d - Charge-backing or using stolen money performs an instant ending of your license.
e - You MUST open a contract to gain access to the shop URL.

III-Using this software:
a - None of its output can be used for any malicious activity.
An abuse report WILL end your license, and every required actions against you will be taken.
b - Scanning output on distributing services such VirusTotal, SpyralScanner, etc, is strictly forbidden.
Every scan is analyzed before taking a sanction.
c - Reverse engineering is forbidden. Unless you have my authorization, you cannot have this kind of activity on Static Crypt as the builder as its outputs.

IV-Support and issues:
a - All the support can be done through private message, website. You're not allowed to post on my thread to ask help.
b - Do not harass support if you didn't receive a response after a few minutes.
c - I might reserve the right to not providing support to anyone being very annoying, aggressive with the support. No reason can be provided.
d - Sales trashing is not allowed.
If you're denied of getting support, you have to try gaining abilities, and deal with your problem by yourselves.  

V-Personal informations stored:
a - When you purchase this product, VSell saves your IP address, country, e-mail address, and payment transaction id.
These information can be accessed by the seller and platform team only.
b - Stored information by the software: a hardware ID generated (formula generated using your device hardware), account creation date, serial purchased, username, hashed password, and outputs' identifier with the build stamp.

These terms of condition sentences can be changed at any given time.
