So my recommendation is simple. Instead of having your bytes balance on just the profile like I've seen so far, what if you put it within the navigation bar and/or within your user control panel.

I never really go to my profile. I always use my UserCP. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

So put bytes somewhere I can just glance at and see my balance? Its literally one line of code to add it.

I think having it in the navbar would be beneficial, since it's so easily found, but I would use adblock to get rid of it. The navbar is already so filled.

As for the CP, there's obviously no reason why it couldn't be there (imo).

My main thing is I feel like I'm hunting when I look at my bytes. I would like to just notice them. Not actually have to go look for them. UserCP is something I always use and I know how the templates work. So it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to add. Hopefully the big boss says yeah, I'll give you your bytes balance.

Ii quite agree. At the mintue I go and check an old post to see how many I have. Would be much handier up there for quick reference.
