If you've seen this like me, what do you think of this movie?
I loved it because it filled alot of wholes in the dragonball history (for me personally) however i expected alot more of who broly was and currently is, apparently he's a "slow" saiyan character who happens to be very strong i expected alot more especially a better ending, the ending sucked alot but i do see a part 2 being released regarding broly, it was a weird ending tho, suddenly goku and broly became friends out of nowhere.

How about you guy buy a ticket and see it in theaters so we can get more content
Edit:
Also, I wouldn't say Broly is "Slow" I would say he's been held on an single Planet his entire life with only his arrogant and controlling father. I don't believe this movie filled in really any plot holes for me whatsoever, I left this movie with No New Knowledge at all. But yeah, no doubt there will be something new following this with Broly involved.

It's nice to see it in the movie theater once but not planning to going multiple times to watch it multiple times, i prefer being able to watch it online.
As if you still buy DVD's while you can also just get a netflix subscribtion.

I never insinuated I do anything of the sort, nor was I implying for you to go ahead and buy a ticket Every Day
Unfortunately to my knowledge there's no good quality versions of the movie online.

And i've watched every DB movie and episode in the past and i've never found out how broly came to existance like it's told now, there also never was a real confirmation of bardock being goku's father and his mother also never been shown before so saying that you left the movie without any "new knowledge at all" either means that you didn't watch it properly or you can predict the future and already knew what was going to be released.

Wrong. I simply pay attention to the Dragon Ball community Outside of the hyped up movies. I was already aware of Gokus mother, and bardock was clearly evident to be his father. Brolys point of origin is more or less the exact same as it always was, the only difference now is that he's apparently able to control the power of an Oozaru in his Human Form.
>Born with an overwhelming power level
>Rejected by King Vegeta
>Shipped off to a remote planet
It's all more or less the same, the only difference is that instead of being stabbed to be killed he was sent to an Island to be killed.
Once again I stand on my statement of having had learned nothing from this Film that I wasn't already aware of.

Ahhh true i guess.. but still it was informative for me i guess.
I expected alot more from this movie tho and especially from broly himself, i've waited a long time for broly stepping into the dragonball series as a main character and i've waited for the official release of this movie ever since dragonball super series ended.
this would be sick. excited

I wrote a review for this movie like, a month ago on the "Dragon Ball Super" discussion thread. My friend recorded it and subbed it for me, but I saw it in theaters on Saturday (Seen Battle of Gods, Resurrection of F, Broly movie 8 and Dragon Ball Super Broly in theaters :) ) and I have a few other notes.
The english Broly voice is weird to me. It doesn't seem as "powerful" as it once was. Granted, if you know how Vic Mignogna actually sounds, i'm not sure why they originally got him to voice Broly, considering his voice is literally at the opposite side of the spectrum of Broly's voice AND it has been a while. After hearing it dubbed, the movie is different to me than watching it subbed. I 100% believe Broly's power is way more suitable compared to Frieza's power from training. Broly has been training as much, if not more than Goku & Vegeta (in terms of hours per day) so, I don't see why he couldn't be this strong on top of being more powerful than Goku & Vegeta as adults when he was first born.

I completely agree with you that's basicly what i meant with i expected more from Broly, in the trailers, teasers and the mobile game he appeared as a the one and only true legendary saiyan king however in the movie he just looks like yet another powerfull saiyen as most other saiyans are.
Same old sht. Toriyama should just make a new one instead of milking it with the same shit over & over again. Fckn pathetic.
Yeah too many movies with broly in it. getting boring.

To be fair, he really had nothing to do with the original 3 Broly movies or fusion reborn, but I partially agree for other reasons.
for me is a good movie, i love all of the dragon ball universe.
