I'm looking for a advanced contact form with Conditional fields.
So i need code, code code.

Need 1 place where the visitor can choose between private customer and business customer by clicking the check button.

When they check the private customer, other fields will displayed then when they check the business customer.

I found some stuff on youtube, but it's not advanced enough..

It would be nice..

Are you looking for a desktop app, website, phone app, or perhaps even some kind of calculator app? (I don't judge) What language are you familiar with? Do you have one in mind? If we are talking about input fields, where are they going? Do you have any experience with those?

This is a few questions that came to mind when I read your post. Seems like you need one of three things. Either someone to make this for you ($), a teacher ($), or you need to go back to youtube and patiently learn the basics before you try something more involved.
