This could be for any reason. Maybe you like playing them, or you just like their design/theme

Mine is Taric, Twitch and Jhin

Taric
He's my most frequently played champion as of now. I find him really underrated and fun to play. His kit is surprisingly strong and is really great especially against AD team comps since his W, E and passive scale with armor in some way. I also got to gold thanks to him. Don't forget Armor of the Fifth Age Taric KappaPride

Twitch
The first champion I can remember maining (late season 5/early season 6). I've just come to love his kit and love his potential, especially in late game. While I felt that Twitch is not as good as he used to be (at least for me), I still have fond memories when it comes to him, such as being my first penta champ

Jhin
Definitely a strong pick. His kit lets him deal tons of damage just from autos alone, not to mention his ultimate, which is not just powerful, but also fun to use. Besides his kit, I just love his theme of an artistic killer, striving for perfection in everything he does. Overall, Jhin has a really well-done character design in my opinion and is definitely unique, great use of sfx and music that adds flavour to the character

For my main, my favorites are Kai'Sa, Jhin, and Xayah. All have decent lane match ups, for the most part, and scale nicely into mid and late with damage, utility, or both.

When I smurf my favorites are Twitch (jungle), Irelia, and Draven. Pretty good for winning early and carrying the game before your team can fuck it up.

I personally don't play Twitch jungle, but that's just because I don't consider myself a good jungler and I prefer a lane role

For now I would say,

Xerath mid, miss fortune / jinx adc. These are my mains especially Jinx which is my OTP adc.
