When Apple ships Macbooks from their stores to be repaired under warranty, CSAT is one of the businesses that will actually perform the repair work.
Contrary to popular belief, it is pretty astounding to see just how poor Apple's contractors can be that are actually authorized repair centers. You might not be getting the good high quality repair you were expecting.
I am not posting this to bash Apple, I am merely sharing this so that you are all better informed as to what you should expect if you need an Apple product repaired. I am also an Apple customer. You may actually want to consider a well reputed third-party repair shop regardless of whether it is authorized by Apple or not.
