Bought a soure code on Codecanyon a month ago, hoping that the dev would offer his support (but this didn't happen).

AS you might see, it's a student attendance manager. It's written in C# and it stores data on local SQL SERVER( I might need it to be used online though but that's not the biggest issue right now)
THe project needs an Arduino and an RFID module (and RFID tag) to be tested out, but if you're skilled enough and think you don't need that shit, that's totally fine to me!!!
Now, to the point of what I'm looking for.The following project takes attendace,maximum once x day x RFID(person) but in my case...a student might need 1hour,1.5hours maybe 2hours of lesson today and 1,5hours tomorrow and none the day after tomorrow! So what I'm looking for is that each RFID card can be ticked MORE THEN ONCE X DAY and everytime it's ticked, it should drop automatically by 0,5 the balance of that RFID! (why 0,5? Well because if he wants 1,5hours, he would have to tick it 3 times. 3*0,5=1.5) .And once the balance ticks 0, he shouldnt be allowed to tick no more (I think I can use a red light on arduino for that,or a buzzer).
Hard to understand? HOw it should work:
A student wants to buy our package, of 10 hours of lessons. So he pays upfront and we provide him the RFID that is added to our program with a starting balance worth 10.
He decides coming next week on Monday and take 1.5 hours of Math. So he comes in. ticks it 3 times and finishes the lesson.So his balance is now 8.5. Then he comes later in the evening and takes another hour of Physics,so his balance drops to 7.5
He shows up after 2 weeks and takes 2 hours of Chemistry and the balance goes to 5.5
Once the balance reaches 0,the next time he tries to tick it, it shouldn't allow him to.
And that's how it should work for every RFID.
