All stones and crystals have some sort of energy that can be helpful for one thing or another. Its not much of a religious thing, its more of a spiritual thing. I am not sure what stone or stones they are using, but it may hold some form of energy that can help with intuition or something. Its not gonna make you immune from getting cut or shot though.
