Pumbaa - short tempered, threatening

Pumbaa - https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...uid=329351

I am not trying to elaborate too much on this, so long story short.

I sold him a public method to get linkedin codes, he couldn't find the method so I sold it to him for 30€. Now the codes are temporarily out of stock on my method, and he wants his money back. I am not giving it back, because the codes are temporarily out of stock. Now he is threatening to offer 250€ to whoever can get the 30eu back from me, he would spread neg posts under >all my threads, and he would come to my house to get the money back.

Obviously not scared or anything, just a community alert to think twice before dealing with this guy. 🤝

I would provide screenshots, but I don't even think he would deny it.__________________________________________________________________________________________

Problem solved, he was just in a bad mood and let everything out on me. No worries

"I sold him a public method to get linkedin codes, he couldn't find the method" I just have no idea why would you sell a public method at first place, and why the hell someone is going to buy it.

He asked me if I knew how people got those linkedin 3 month codes, which I did, and then he bought it from me for 30eu. Sadly the codes are temporarily out of stock and he wants his money back. Thing is he already threatened and shit so I simply don't want to give him the 30bucks.

Yea honestly people can be dickheads at some points, especially when they're fcked at this moment. But you must keep sportsmanlike and refund the money if the method is indeed not working

nothing wrong with selling a public method. happens here on the daily.

the issue is YOU SOLD HIM A METHOD WHEN U KNEW THE SELLER HAD NO CODES.

thats fucked up

The thing is that the method works, but they are just temporarily out of codes, so I think he should just be patient. If they end up not refilling I'd refund, if he would've kindly asked me to refund because he needed the codes hard, I would've refunded. But instead he threatens me.

Business advice. Customers always comes first. Especially in the marketplace, if i were you, i could've just refund the money, it doesn't matter how he act. When people see your attitude they will be more than willing to trade with you

Thanks for the advice, I would probably do that from now on. 🤝
Thing is he does have the method, so if he would be patient he can get the linkedin codes, so I really didn't scam him.

You sold him a public method? That’s so lame.
It doesn’t matter if he starts offering you money, you should not have taken them.
You knew it was a public method. And instead of being friendly and tell him that it’s public, you went greedy and took his money.
Such a scum move.
Also, would you “be patient” when you just paid $30 for something that’s actually free and it is “currently not working”?

well u did as you have no idea if he would even restock the codes or if he bulk sells them outside of his autobuy. you cannot promise codes that arent even there.

would just be like someone selling u a method to go buy netflix codes but when you go the sellers autobuy he has none in stock

yeah you would think you were scammed as well.
Scam according to me, the contract should be disputed and required actions should be taken against OP.

lol we can get over that. you should go look in sellers section. EVERY method is public. dont tell me you one of these people who thinks every method is private here.

1. The deal was off-site, no contracts.
2. It was no scam, the codes are currently out of stock. He waited not even 24 hours before going crazy, he should just be patient and wait for a refill.

Threatening anyone isn't okay by any means. The same applies for scamming.
Refund the man and move on with your life.
