Honestly not too bothered but he wanted a $10 loan for $25 back. Never got it back, over 2 months. Disputed and he says "only sent $9".
If that's the case then send me the equivalent value back to the ratio.
$25 / $10 = $2.50 per $1 back.
I sent $9 so $9 x $2.50 = $22.5

At the time I saw it more of as an exchange - it'd be like me messaging a user for an exchange of bitcoin to monero at a 2.5x rate. I pay them $10, they hold it and exchange it then trade it back.
