Paypal limited account with 2k, asking for Business Model Information

Hello all,
So my paypal just got limited with around 2,000$ on it (I've been using this account for over 4 years now) after my cousin hooked up his ebay account to it, apparently his old paypal got closed and he wanted to withdraw the funds so he asked me. He gets around 20 sales a day so I'm expecting the random bump in payments on my account is what triggered paypal, these guys are asking for supplier information however my cousin operates his shipping etc from Pakistan, and there is no option for that country while sending them the details, this is what they have asked for in the email they sent

https://prnt.sc/mioicb

I plan on calling them and explaining my issue to them but from the way things are going, I don't think I will be able to recover this account, if anyone has even the littlest bit of advice regarding this, please do share.

Regards,
🤝
You should be able to request to withdraw the funds in 180 days unless they changed that.
Did you use real information when you made the account?

I use to do business with a user from Pakistan, i'm 80% sure it's because Paypal is banned there.
Edit: Checked and it is indeed banned from there

Either way, if all the information is legit you should just be able to withdraw your funds after 180 days

Yes, I did, I live in Dubai and have a legal address there.

As other said you have to wait 180 days at this point, also I'm pretty sure if you continue to recieve payments they will fully lock your account.

The thing is paypal is banned in Pakistan, but operating an ebay from there isn't, as far as I understand.

I'm pretty sure your brother is considered 'a merchant operating in Pakistan' and that is not allowed on Ebay.

Ah fuck, I had no clue about that rule, what do you suggest I do when I call them?

When talking with paypal (from experience) lying does absolutely nothing for you, I recommend being truthful. Make sure all the information on the account is correct though.

Agreed. They're incredibly strict. Even when it's your account personally and you're honest it's hard to get your funds.

PayPal shouldn't even be allowed to operate because holding funds for a long length of time, in some cases, no reason should be illegal.
