I HOPE THIS AIN'T THE WRONG SECTION FOR THIS QUESTION.
So, I have been seeing a few YouTube channels that are actually posting 4 to 5 minutes clips from movies and those videos are actually monetized. So, how is that working? Ain't it against the terms? And their channels are also not being taken down.

Experts, please enlighten me. I really wanna setup a channel to make some money without doing much of the work.

Try it on a burner account to be sure.. no one is going to help you probably.

Even a burner account will require linking to my actual adsense account for monetizing it. Right? If yes, won't that risk the same?

I have never tried frauds. So, I don't know if I could adsense in country as many times as I want. I worked 3 years to get approved for my original adsense. So, never tried getting a different one. I will see how it's done then, if it's doable.

If you took 3 years to get adsense approved, then i'd not risk it.
He has transparent background goung and just 0.1 is enough to youtube sees that and remember ot as "unique" video
