I am making this post to speak about my experience with KɪɴG while using his VPN User Panel VPN Module.

When I first contacted KɪɴG everything went well. He recommended server providers and boasted about how advanced his panel is compared to WHMCS/FreeRadius. Everything went well when it came to setting up the servers, note I paid for a full set up of the panel and 10 servers for $250.

The first red flag came when I was wanting to edit the homepage, he has no idea what files I needed to edit. Just told me to search two folders until I found what I was looking for. On top of that he didn't know that his code is not compatible with recapthcha v3 but only with v2 (I wasted a night of my sticky due to this error). Even after all of this he didn't provide a configuration tutorial or anything when it came to setting up the VPN site. When I confronted him all he said was "i set up the script and set up your servers" although I paid for full set up. On top of this the dude told me I was good to launch without telling me I needed to edit links in sql etc.

Second red flag was when servers that KɪɴG set up started to fail with VPN authorization etc. His excuse here was they worked when I set them up. Well it wasnt even 3 days before your set up failed, obviously you dont know what youre doing or the shit wouldn't be broke. Luckily he ended up fixing it but he gave me grief about it which was extremely unprofessional.

Third Red flag was when a client complained about port forwarding, when I asked KɪɴG about it he didn't know jack shit about port forwarding just a simple answer "make sure he listen for port"! He gave no instruction or anything on how to port forward with the built in VPN Module script.

Fourth red flag is when I tried to sync a user with the servers the whole VPNModule panel would lose connection, but he thinks his system is more advanced than FreeRadius (Its not).

Lastly he basically holds you hostage when you buy his license key, I was looking to sell my project IP Cloak and create a new vpn through WHMCS because VPNModule sucks dick. He got wind of this and told me if I sold it he would terminate my license and make the new buyer purchase a new license key.

KɪɴG's business practices are completely unethical I 100% recommend not purchasing VPN Module.

I'm not here to fight with you. You purchased a VPNModule Premium package and you received your servers and website set up. The servers are owned by you, not by me or VPNModule. Once the set up was done and files were delivered to you, Your VPN system was working perfectly, and it's still working fine. But like i mentioned you before If anything goes wrong with any of your servers it's not VPNModule responsibility as servers are self-managed. You were only promised initial setup and you had received it already. You cannot force me into maintaining your servers for you.  Moreover, Help documentation is available at https://vpnmodule.net/documentation/ and they are constantly being updated to make the VPN system more easy to understand.


As for your deal with carnaval23, It's clearly mentioned in our T.O.S:

License transfer
We can suspend or terminate your license at any minute if we find out that you’ve sold it to any 3rd party. Note that we provide licenses to the individuals and companies and you cannot transfer it to someone else later. We have all the rights to cancel your license if you violate our rules and regulations.

If you would like to sell your project to anyone else, they'll have to get their own license, As every license is meant to be used by only one individual or company and they are not transferrable. We cannot make special changes in our policy for you as they apply to all VPNModule owners.

Most of your concerns related to VPNModule were already addressed on time, Let me know if you have any other issue related to our VPN system but if you'll ask us to help you with your servers issues that's not possible for us as they are self-managed. There's not any single VPN Management Platform which offers servers maintenance not even Freeradius!

would maybe believe this but for one ops evidence is just to strong and for 2nd this isnt the first bad encounter customers have had. as i was interested in service for a few days until got feedback offsite.
