Faking sales

So something has got my attention lately, it could've been not faking but they just didn't use contracts.

However, this made me think, whats your thought about the problem of the Sellers who faking sales specially for products which they're selling limited amount of copies  to make people FOMO. You would think that they actually sold copies, but then you don't find any contracts of it. Which makes you think if they legit sold a copy without a contract or it fake.

Thoughts?

Edit: I'm talking about hf market sales.

I have no idea about that, but i wanna know some other thing

How u got that Omni face award ?
RENT THIS SIGNATURE SPACE CAUSE I NEED BYTES TO GAMBLE WITH

There are sketchy sellers out there who use sketchy methods to promote sales. Hopefully, the contract change from March 1 will solve a good part of this problem.

%100 cuz they will risk getting closed if they don't. However then, they fake contracts then which I'm pretty sure some people already doing it.

What is contract change?
no one cares lol

ALL forums are like this where methods are sold. as if a method was as the seller claimed he WOULD NOT BE SELLING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE

Use of a contract is mandatory for all deals done here.

They could be selling it offsite or on other forums and just letting others know some product / inventory has been sold. That's my only guess

you concerned about users faking ebook sales or not showing you how many copies they really sold.

its a market. if a user IS NOT GETTING SALES OF COURSE HE WOULD FAKE NUMBER OF COPIES SOLD.

ill just assume you braindead since seems you not comprehending anything in this thread
This happens everywhere. Even on TV ads you see companies faking sales, faking reviews, hiring actors to pretend they are scientists that approve the formula of a toothpaste for example. As long as there is no regulation, marketers will have to use "sketchy" techniques just to not get completely destroyed by their competition that doesn't mind using "sketchy" techniques.

Yes, I'm aware of that, you would mostly see that now with shopify stores. However I'm talking about hf threads here.

This is just part of any marketplace and keeps the economy here on the forums moving. All sellers have their strategies to sell it's the responsibility of the buyer to know what they're buying and if they actually want the service or etc.

Everything you buy they've done something to bring you in and attract you to it. This is a free market.
