Crypted file have detect. What to do?
You can buy file with detect and make free recypt later or wait when stub will be cleaned.
Information about last cleaning is given in field Last stub update.
Always carefully check result of crypt before buying.
In case of subscription first make single crypt without buying it, and watch result. Satisfied - buy subscription, result will be same.
We do not give guarantee for 24h FUD (although we provide it virtually uninterruptedly) and service is organized so that you can always see result before payment.
How subscription works?
Subscriptions works in a fully automatic mode. After creating the subscription, upload your file and system will immediately start working.
During the subscription active period, all files will be automatically scanned on AV systems and recrypted if have detects.
Each file have API URL, to download clean file to your servers. There is a limitation on access to crypted file by ip, you determine what ip allow to give the file (you can specify up to 5 IP). You can also always download the file manually through the admin panel.
Important: You can change original file on a subscription. On the daily plan - 1 time, on a weekly and monthly - 3 times per day.
What if crypted file does not work correctly?
First, check original (source) file on same system.
If this file is working, then to resolve problem, contact support with following data:
Task ID: specify ID or link to page with crypt.
OS: operating system on which incorrect work is noticed, for example Win 7 x32.
Original file: is checked and works correctly.
Description of problem: ...
We will check information and if it is confirmed that crypt breaks your file, we will try to fix problem.
If we can't to do this, we will refund to your account balance.
Can I return money from my account balance?
Yes. Write to support from contact, to which account is registered, request refund and indicate reason.
